12.2 In the event of account termination due to a breach of these Terms, 777jilli reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in your account, including both real-money funds and bonus funds, where such forfeiture is warranted by the nature of the breach.
12.3 If your account is terminated for reasons other than a breach of these Terms (for example, at your own request or due to platform closure), any verified real-money balance in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any pending KYC requirements.
